Grant D. Burnyeat that was procured by Vancouver, BC lawyers Robert W. Taylor, Jordan J.
Kinghorn and Glen Sherman. This order was a criminally illegal payoff to Taylor, Kinghorn and
Sherman for the murder of my father. The order is null and void for the following reasons: I received
no notice of the hearing; the hearing was conducted in outright violation of an August 5, 2005 court
order; the phony petitioner named on the order is deceased; the order hasn't been endorsed by either
the judge who supposedly rendered it or by the Supreme Court of British Columbia; there is no valid
receiver manager order; and the lawsuit named on the bogus order hasn't been registered at the
Supreme Court of British Columbia.
