counsel and sent this lie-ridden July 13, 2005 hate mail statement to my home. In the hate mail
statement, Justice Grant D. Burnyeat falsely states that the "Houston v. Houston et al" matter is
scheduled for a one-day trial to take place on the date of August 5, 2005. While the August 5, 2005
hearing did indeed take place, the Supreme Court of British Columbia "Houston v. Houston et al"
proceedings have not yet concluded and are still continuing on an open-ended and indefinite basis into
the next decade.
