The Canadian government, federally and
provincially, is warring against residents of
British Columbia. The signs of war are
irrefutable. The proof of war is demonstrable
and undeniable. You attempt to interface with
the government and it gives you the finger, it
demonstrates it won't help you in any way, it
shows that in fact it actually hates you.
I've scanned and posted to this web article
evidence that proves I was framed by the
Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), by
British Columbia's Ministry of Solicitor
General and by the Ministry of Attorney General when I was charged with the criminal offense of
dangerous operation of a motor vehicle in 2006. The evidence I've scanned proves that the RCMP
and Crown counsel conspired to maliciously prosecute me for a crime both groups knew full well I
didn't commit. Purposely attacking an individual with a very serious criminal charge the Crown
knows is false is a vicious intimidation tactic in an underground war and is criminally illegal.
And this conspiracy on the part of the RCMP, the Ministry of Solicitor General and the Ministry of
Attorney General was a component in a sinister organized crime fraud scheme the Insurance
Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) was perpetrating against me, an unsuccessful scheme that
fell apart when I fought back against it. I've scanned and posted to this web article evidence that
proves that the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia is also at war and is guilty of laying the
blame for a fictitious hit-and-run automobile accident on me, a nonexistent accident fabricated by
ICBC for the purpose of committing a sleazy lawyer-to-lawyer fraud scam against my car insurance
policy. More overt signs of war from the government of British Columbia.
The British Columbia government engages in abusive harassment games with people they don't
like. That's what happens when a government has been sacked by the Bar. ICBC has revealed
itself to be, just like the courts of British Columbia, yet another government institution that's been
overthrown and taken over by unscrupulous BC lawyers. Like the BC courts, ICBC is another
revenue generator for the Welfare Bar, the degenerate lawyers of British Columbia. My experience
with ICBC regarding this fake accident shows that ICBC is yet another avenue for gutter-level
money-grubbing scumbag lawyers to receive easy cash handouts from the lawyer-protecting
government of British Columbia.
The evidence I have against the RCMP, against the Ministry of Solicitor General, against the
Ministry of Attorney General and against ICBC, evidence I've scanned and that can be reviewed by
the reader, proves incontrovertibly that the provincial and federal governments of Canada are
engaged in an undeclared but very tangible fraud war -- a Fraud Jihad -- against Canadian residents.
Allow me to explain how the Canadian government has systems in place to set innocent people up
on false accusations in order to extort money from them. I'll start first with ICBC's mail harassment
campaign against me.
ICBC NOTICES OF JUNE 28, 2006 AND JULY 5, 2006:
In June of 2006 I started getting abusive letters and hate mail from a Powell River, BC ICBC office
that falsely claimed I was in a car accident. I received ICBC Claims Division notices dated June 28,
2006 and July 5, 2006 saying I perpetrated a motor vehicle accident.
The letters were suspicious for a number of reasons. The address to which the notices were sent
was wrong and inconsistent with the address on my driver's license. The address ICBC sent the
notices to had two different roads as part of my mailing address for some reason.
According to ICBC, another “motorist” had reported a June 3, 2006 accident involving my vehicle
to them. ICBC demanded that I contact the Crown corporation immediately and file a report about
the accident. This was a lie. My vehicle was not involved in an accident with a motorist, or with
anyone else, on June 3, 2006.
In the July 5, 2006 notice, ICBC warned that I had a seven-day deadline to file the report after
which, had ICBC not heard from me, the corporation may be compelled to pay the other motorist
money and this may make it more expensive for me to drive a car. According to ICBC, as of the
date of July 12, 2006 I could be held liable by ICBC for damages in a phony accident. ICBC's
hardline position wasn't legally credible. Why would my failure to file a report with ICBC within
seven days force the insurance company to make a payment to the other motorist? What has an
arbitrary seven-day deadline got to do with whether or not an accident took place? It's very hard to
believe ICBC's deadline is a lawful term of my automobile insurance policy. What if the letter got
delayed in the mail? What if I was away on a month-long holiday? Personally, I check my mail
only every two weeks so chances are I would automatically miss their deadline anyway.
And in the notices ICBC was adamant that an accident had taken place between my car and another
vehicle. The accident was not an allegation to ICBC, they were saying the accident was a fact. In
addition to my driving identification information, the notices contained an ACCIDENT Claim
Number, an ACCIDENT Date and an ACCIDENT Adjuster Number. The number of the license
plate of the motorist who was making the false claim was left blank on the notice and not filled in.
The other motorist was not identified at all on the notices ICBC sent through the mail. That's
because ICBC was lying. There was no other motorist.
See the July 5, 2006 ICBC Claims Division notice HERE.
So I contacted ICBC by phone and I found out it was a man called Earl Graham, a squatter on my
private property, who was causing ICBC to falsely accuse me of perpetrating a car accident. I then
attended ICBC's Powell River, BC office where I was interviewed about what happened on June 3,
2006 with Graham. ICBC refused to divulge the details of Graham's allegations against me.
Nonetheless, there had been an incident on June 3, so I explained the details of the encounter to
them. I told an ICBC employee of how I parked my car on my privately-owned property in front
of my barn and brought the car to a complete stop. Graham then willfully sat himself on the hood
of my parked car. I asked him to get off the car. He refused. Then I slowly moved the car.
Instead of removing himself from the vehicle, an action he could have undertaken at any time, he
held on for the quick ride. I drove a short distance at a slow speed on McLean Road with Graham
seated on the hood. When Graham still wouldn't voluntarily get off my car I pulled out my cell
phone and threatened to call the police. When I said I'd call the police Graham immediately hopped
off the hood of my car and walked away. That was it. There was no car accident.
I also physically demonstrated in the ICBC parking lot how Graham sat on the hood of my car and I
gave the ICBC employee a written statement of the facts of what happened on June 3, 2006 and a
copy of a criminal complaint I'd filed against Graham with the local detachment of the RCMP
reporting how on June 1, 2006 he'd threatened to physically assault me on my private property. I
was led to believe that ICBC now fully understood what had happened in this case and that this
matter was not something for me to be concerned about. Don't worry about it, I was told. Even if
Graham was to receive a settlement it won't affect your car insurance policy rates.
Then the RCMP and the Ministry of Attorney of Solicitor General and the Ministry of Attorney
General commenced another attack on me.
