An April 8, 2003 letter from Vancouver, BC lawyer Robert W. Taylor of Taylor Veinotte Sullivan to
Richard D. Pallen of the Vancouver, BC office of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. Attached to the letter
was a bribe in the form of a Supreme Court of British Columbia court judgment that allowed
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. to liquidate and pocket $130,000.00 worth of my privately-owned
assets.
